⏱ Processing & Handling Time

Handling Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Cut-Off Time: Order cut off time is 2:00 pm (GMT-7). Orders came before 2:00 pm will be considered in same day time. (Monday to Saturday)
Custom Orders: Tailor-made or personalized items may take longer, and we’ll notify you of any extended timelines.

📦 Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 5 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Carriers: We ship using trusted partners like DHL, UPS, and USPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

💸 Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: Standard shipping is 100% free on all orders, no minimum required.
Remote Area Surcharge: A $30 fee applies only for deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations, as determined by the carrier. If applicable, this will be communicated prior to dispatch.
Australia: Flat $15 will be charged for the shipping to Australia.

🚫 Shipping Limitations

No PO Boxes: We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Please use a physical address during checkout.
International Shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations. Contact us to confirm availability for your country.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
