You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin, you’ll need to contact us first before sending any item back.

📨 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, simply email us at support@apronforge.com with:

Your full name and order number
The reason for your return
Clear photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

❗ Please do not return items without prior approval — we won’t be able to process unapproved returns.

🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable and insured service for your return.

✅ Refund Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included
Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are non-refundable, unless there’s a fault from our side
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item

📦 Condition of Returned Items

Please ensure that returned products are folded neatly, packed securely, and protected during shipping. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item is damaged or used.

🎄 Holiday Extension

For gifts purchased during the holiday season, we offer an extended return window of 30 days after Christmas.
