Return Window
Customers may request a return within 18 days of receiving their order. Return requests submitted after this period may not be approved.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Item must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Return Eligibility Criteria
Returns are accepted only if the item meets the eligibility requirements listed above. Apron Forge reserves the right to decline returns that do not comply with these conditions.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team during business hours and provide:

- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the item (if applicable)

Return Procedure
Once your return request is approved, you will receive step-by-step instructions on how to return the item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Label
Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping label unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Apron Forge.
Return Shipping
- Customer responsibility: Change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect order placed by the customer
- Apron Forge responsibility: Items received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error
We recommend using a secure and trackable shipping service. Apron Forge is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Return Method
All returns must be shipped using a secure and trackable shipping method. Hand-delivered or non-trackable returns are not accepted.
Restocking Fee
Apron Forge does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. To request an exchange, please contact our support team first. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped. Exchange-related shipping costs may apply.
Change of Mind
Returns due to a change of mind are accepted within the 18-day return window. Return shipping costs for such returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
